What data we process

Email contact: the data you voluntarily provide in your message (name, email address and content).

Downloads: when you request free material, your name, email address, the piece and materials requested, language, date and delivery status. To prevent abuse, a non-reversible hashed fingerprint of your IP address, which changes daily, is also stored.

Purposes and legal bases

Replying to your enquiries: consent and legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).

Sending you the material you request: performance of your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Preventing abuse and producing internal usage statistics: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We won't send you newsletters or marketing, and our emails don't track opens or clicks.

Retention

Data from each download request is kept for 12 months from its date and then deleted automatically. Only anonymous counts are kept.

Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle it and then for the legally required periods.

Processors

The website, database and automatic emails run on the Lovable platform and its infrastructure providers, acting as data processors. They may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer relies on GDPR safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Personal data is not shared with third parties unless legally required.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@ramonfigueras.com. We'll only ask for additional information to verify your identity if there are reasonable doubts.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to keep data secure. Files are delivered through temporary links.
